Confession
Cycle 2 of my 30 days of fit is off to a bumpy start. Thinking of even starting over…. Have continued to log calories but workouts haven’t been consistent. Headed to the gym tonight and hoping to ind the discipline necessary to take on this cycle. Hope all of you are on your 30 days of fit ad are seen results! Time to re commit and dedicate myself!

DAY 30!!! What I Did to Lose 10+ lbs in 1 month

Will 30 Days of Fit work?
Who am I to tell you how to get bikini ready by the 4th of July. I just created and started this challenge last month…. What I can tell you is that I will be joining in on the 30 days of fit. Day 22
Wasn’t able to make it to the gym today…. First day in 22 days that I haven’t hit the gym to burn my 500 calories. A bit disappointed but going to give it my all for the remainder of my 30 days.
