14 days complete out of 30 and feeling pretty good.
First 10 days or so were really great in terms of seeing the lbs just shed … but seems like we have hit a bit of a plateau ( or I am just eating more).
Weight Loss: -8lbs
Trying to remember these things:
-Drink lots of water
-Log all calories on myfitnesspal
-Change work outs to make sure muscles don’t get used to the work out ( and to prevent my knees from giving out)
Need to add in some more strength training… but when you are burning 500+ calories a day the strength training seems to be the last of my concerns.
16 more days to go. Wonder what the changes will be.. I suppose I shouldn’t be so weight (number) focused and be happy with the changes that are taking place- are those muscles under there?!
For those of you on the 30daysoffit challenge- keep going. We can do this!!
