If you are setting out for a weight loss goal make sure you take photos. Sure, you will rely on the scale to measure your success but referring to a visual can be far more motivating. Especially if you are combining diet and workouts- your body will be changing even when the number on the scale isn’t.
Snap a “before” photo on Day 1.
Snap a “progress” photo around Day 15.
Snap an “final” photo on Day 30.
You’ll be surprised and motivated to see the changes!!

- Take a picture of everything you eat. Take note of what you eat by taking pictures, so like by the end of the week you’ll see what you ate for the week.
- Curb you carb intake. It doesn’t mean you’ll eradicate it in your diet, just reduce ‘em. There are good and bad carbs so stick on the good…
