TIP: Photos

If you are setting out for a weight loss goal make sure you take photos. Sure, you will rely on the scale to measure your success but referring to a visual can be far more motivating. Especially if you are combining diet and workouts- your body will be changing even when the number on the scale isn’t.


Snap a “before” photo on Day 1.
Snap a “progress” photo around Day 15.
Snap an “final” photo on Day 30.

You’ll be surprised and motivated to see the changes!!

  1. Take a picture of everything you eat. Take note of what you eat by taking pictures, so like by the end of the week you’ll see what you ate for the week.
  2. Curb you carb intake. It doesn’t mean you’ll eradicate it in your diet, just reduce ‘em. There are good and bad carbs so stick on the good…
